The suspect of the case also went to the police carrying a box of a cut-open cat’s body with its internal organs plucked out. The suspect who looks giddy lashed out at the sufferer at the Petchkasem Police Station. WDT tried to calm and convince the suspect to stay there until morning to wait to search the suspect’s residence with the officers from Division of Animal Welfare. This case appears from a huge story of a woman suspected to ask around to adopt cats. She would choose the ones that are likely not to make noises. The story went quiet and has no update. A person who is a master of a social media followed this through and suspected that it might be animal killings in an exchange with coins on dark websites. This webmaster claims that from his/her investigation, he/she found out that the suspect had already adopted 27 cats and the giddiness at the police station is to the create another identity. The suspect asked to have 1 of 4 sufferer’s cat. And the suspect came up with 5 different stories about the dead cat The suspect insists that she did not adopt the cat but finally admitted that she did and forgot about adopting it after she was reminded that there are witnesses and a footage from CCTV. Someone had asked to play with the cat and stole it. She gave the cat to her friend and then it disappeared. She left the door open and the cat ran out and disappeared She went get the cat and then it ran out from a taxi and she later found its body in the box as shown to the police. Pheeraboon Charoenwai followed to see the testimony. WDT reported to Pol. Col. Wutthichai Thaiwat Superintendent of Petchkasem Police Station in the middle of the night and also consulted with Deputy Superintendent (investigation) to try to calm the suspect which seems anxious while Pol. Lt. Wasit Intamood Sub-Inspector of Petchkasem Police Station were interrogating the sufferer. Waiting to coordinate the officers from Division of Animal Welfare in the next morning to use section 25 of Animal Welfare Act to search the suspect’s residence urgently to prevent any evidence destroyed or hidden so that we could find out what really happened to the poor cat. The necropsy of the cat will take place at Aeua Aung Goon clinic by Pattaranan Sajjarom, D.V.M.
